The Department of Family Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking board certified / eligible Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient positions in our community-based practice sites located throughout Northeast Ohio.

The department provides outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for families in settings that are conveniently located and patient-focused. Many of our practices are recognized as Patient Centered Medical Homes, and feature a team-based approach to optimize patient care and satisfaction. The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires and is for a 100%, full-time employment (FTE). A successful candidate's actual compensation will be consistent with fair market value and determined after taking various factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, % of FTE and board certification. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare / dental / vision, and retirement.

Minimum salary : $240,500

Maximum salary : $343,000
