We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Work Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a focus on healthcare, and a proven track record in supervisory roles. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of social workers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all case management tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of social workers, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure the highest level of service to our patients.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the social work department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of social work services within the healthcare setting.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Conduct regular reviews of case management practices to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss case progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new social work staff.
• Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
