ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY

The Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s office has immediate positions open for new and / or experienced attorneys.

Salary will be based upon the New Mexico District Attorney’s Salary Schedule with the minimum salary range of $80,218.00 for an Assistant Trial Attorney to a Senior Trial Attorney minimum of $ 100,272.00. Must be licensed in the United States. Salary will be based upon experience. The office will pay for your New Mexico Bar Dues as well as the National District Attorney’s Association membership. These positions are located in the Fifth Judicial District Attorney's offices in Chaves and Eddy Counties in New Mexico.
