About This Role

We're looking for a curious and hands-on Junior Marketing Specialist to join our Benelux team. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing to bring fresh ideas to life - from eye-catching campaigns and inspiring partner activations to local events that make a real impact.

This is a role for someone who loves to experiment, learn fast, and make things happen. You'll dive into the full marketing mix - from field and partner marketing to event management - and play a key part in how Eye Security connects with businesses across the region.

What You'll Do

Event Management : Plan and coordinate regional events such as our Cyber Crisis Workshops, small conferences and webinars, from logistics to execution and follow-up.

Partner Marketing : Support and engage our regional partners through joint campaigns, co-branded content, and enablement activities.

Website Management : Keep the Dutch Eye Security website up to date with relevant, localized content and announcements.

Sales Enablement : Create and adapt marketing materials, presentations, and follow-up communications for the sales team.

Community Building : Strengthen our local ecosystem by supporting customer, partner, and community events.

Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on campaign and event results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Process Optimization : Help document and improve marketing processes to make activities more efficient and scalable.

What You Bring

1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, ideally in B2B or technology environments.

Fluent Dutch speaker, with excellent written and spoken English.

Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.

A proactive and hands-on approach, eager to learn and take ownership.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the Benelux marketing team.
