Software Development Engineer II-

this is 8 months- perm in Berkeley Heights, NJ or Alpharetta, GA

w2 only - need to convert with no sponsorship

Responsibilities :

Develop APIs and microservices with Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js

Build streaming / event-driven solutions with Apache Kafka

Automate workflows and pipelines with Python

Deploy and scale apps on Kubernetes and the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Ensure performance, security, and reliability of backend services

Requirements :

3+ years' back-end development experience

Strong in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js

Hands-on with Kafka, Python, Kubernetes, Cloud

Solid understanding of REST APIs, CI / CD, and microservice design

Nice to Have : Docker, databases (SQL / NoSQL), monitoring tools (Prometheus / Grafana)
