Position Summary

The Estimator will lead takeoffs, subcontractor scoping, proposal development, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Issue bid packages and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Build cost models, value engineering options, and alternates.
• Maintain historical cost data and benchmarking info.
• Assist in handoff to operations teams.
