Compensation Structure

  • Base pay with performance-based increases

    • Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales within the studio and lead the Sales Associates to meet standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns
  • Lead, coach, and hold your Sales Associates accountable for daily operations and goals
  • Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups
  • Lead by example, support your team, and go above and beyond
  • Track KPIs and assist the General Manager in monitoring sales metrics
  • Promote practitioner-assisted stretching, achieve sales goals, and improve sales skills

    • Qualifications

  • Confidently connect with guests and convert them to members
  • Be driven and competitive, holding staff accountable for exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Goal-oriented, assist in setting and achieving studio goals
