Job Responsibilities
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor functionalities, cognitive skills, and day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Approach: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Educate both patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques that promote continuous improvement at home.
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track to meet their goals.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Ongoing education or certifications beyond your degree are highly encouraged and supported.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
