Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations
Manage lease documentation and coordinate office closures and transitions
Supervise mailroom operations, including mail distribution and shipping services
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field
3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, lease administration, or real estate operations
Experience with Visual Lease software is highly preferred
Experience overseeing multi-site facilities
Working knowledge of lease terms, facility maintenance, and vendor management
