Job Description

Overview : We seek an expert in Generative AI to lead our molecular generation initiatives. You will architect and implement state-of-the-art generative models for de novo drug design, driving the creation of novel therapeutic compounds.

Location : Shanghai

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategy and development of novel generative AI models (e.g., Diffusion, GANs, etc).
• Conduct pioneering research in conditional generation and multi-objective molecular optimization.
• Hands-on coding, training, and scaling of complex models to production-ready standards.
• Act as a technical leader, collaborating deeply with chemistry and biology teams.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to high-impact publications.
