LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in North Phoenix. This company is in search of a temporary buyer to join their team for a few months.

This fully onsite role supports our procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and components necessary for production.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies from approved vendors.

Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment.

Collaborate with production, planning, and inventory teams to align supply with demand.

Track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers.

Maintain accurate records in our ERP / MRP system.

Monitor inventory levels and help identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.

3+ years of experience in a purchasing or buyer role, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.

Proficient in ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Pay Details : $55,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
