The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define and convert a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term vision for Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in security, identity, and Agentic AI. Evolve the platform to be AI-ready.

Collaborate with engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.

Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with strategic external partners.

Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.

Lead, mentor, and scale the Cloud Security Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.
