Position Title : REGISTERED NURSE I Total number of positions needed : 2 1. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? Some ALFs and patient homes 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? Potentially yes, based on performance 6. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice?
