Key Responsibilities Execute QA reviews and deliver actionable feedback to team members Collaborate with Project Managers to identify coaching opportunities and reinforce best practices Monitor performance trends and provide operational guidance through team communication channels Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance, Team Lead, or Assistant Project Manager role Familiarity with QA platforms such as Klaus, Zendesk QA, or similar Experience with ticketing / support systems like Zendesk is preferred Proven ability to deliver feedback professionally and motivate team members Highly organized with exceptional time management capabilities
