This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As soon as possible – ongoing, Monday – Friday 8a-4 : 30p
• Practice Setting : Clinic and Procedures
• Types of Cases : standard standard urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe : 75-90 days, 60 days if active state license
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications Required : Must be board certified
• Licensure Required : active Minnesota license or active Interstate Medical License Compact
