• $0.75 – $0.80 CPM
• CDL-A drivers average 5,000 – 5,500+ miles / week
• $500 onboarding bonus
• $1,000 vacation pay per teammate
• Annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver
