Job Title : Residential Grader

Location : Manatee and Sarasota County

Position Type : Full-time

Pay : $19$25 per hour, based on experience

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Residential Grader with 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate heavy equipment for residential grading projects, ensure precise elevations, and read plot plans and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate track skid steers and bucket loaders for residential grading

Use a laser to verify elevations and maintain project accuracy

Read and interpret plot plans / blueprints to guide grading work

Maintain and inspect equipment for safe operation

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements :

13 years of experience in residential grading or similar construction roles

Ability to operate track skid steers and bucket loaders

Proficient in using a laser for elevation verification

Able to read and understand plot plans / blueprints

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Legally authorized to work in the United States and the state of Florida

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-focused mindset

Preferred :

OSHA or other safety certifications (a plus)

Experience with additional construction equipment (a plus)
