Job descriptionPaid Time Off programs for work-life balance Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits Flexible spending accounts for healthcare expenses Family-focused benefits like adoption assistance and paid parental leave Retirement plans with employer match and financial wellness programs Educational assistance to support your career advancement Self-scheduled shifts Full-time rotating 3rd shift from 7 PM to 7 AM Commitment : 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays every 6 weeks 1 Weekend and 2 holidays per 6 weeks Float between the ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU units Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment Adapt to varying unit workflows and uphold clinical excellence Minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred) Flexibility to work the assigned schedule ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership development Competitive pay with an additional internal float differential Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement Work-life balance with self-scheduling options Exposure to multiple specialties for a well-rounded nursing experience Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
