As the  Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM)  for  Perioperative Services , you’ll provide both  clinical and administrative leadership  at the unit level—supporting your team through mentorship, performance management, scheduling, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality surgical care.

This state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive coverage from routine procedures to complex surgeries.  The ANM will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, fostering collaboration among surgical teams, and supporting Novant Health’s commitment to remarkable patient outcomes.

Preferred Skill Sets :

• Background in  perioperative services
• OR experience required
• Leadership experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with  EMR systems (preferably Epic)
• Excellent  communication  and  team-building  abilities

What We're Looking For :

Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.

Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
