EquipmentShare is Hiring a Parts Manager
EquipmentShare is immediately hiring a Parts Manager for our rental facility in Fontana, CA to be responsible for managing and supervising parts inventory, preparing parts quotes, and ordering parts for rental equipment.
Pay : $27- $35 per hour (Depends on experience)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicingAbility to obtain and prepare parts quotesOrder and manage parts inventory for rental equipmentCoordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipmentConfirm invoice accuracyCoordinating with the Service departments and delivery schedulesSkills & Qualifications
Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plusPrevious or current experience with budgetingKnowledge of excel the use of spreadsheetsMust possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management and communication skillsAt least 2+ years of Parts management / supervisory experienceEducation and Experience :
