We have cases in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx

Job Description includes but is not limited to :

• Shift work available at Assisted Living Facilities within Manhattan
• Performing initial and ongoing assessments with clients needing personal care
• Coordinate and review client care plans for personal care
• Assist with assessment of in-home attendants offering personal care

Field Nurse Requirements :
