A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Prospect Research.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic prospect management and annual portfolio reviews for fundraising priorities

Deliver concise and timely research products while assessing gift capacity and translating requests into actionable outcomes

Identify new prospects for major gifts using data mining and monitoring philanthropic news

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's / Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documents

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of prospect research resources

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment in professional settings
