Summary :

Our client is a packaging company looking for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role this person will be responsible for the maintenance of equipment, including production machines, dock equipment and tools to ensure that they are well-maintained and in good operating condition. This position will be heavily involved in troubleshooting day-to-day issues related to production and project installation.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and perform preventive maintenance and update logbooks
• Analyze downtimes and implement countermeasures or an action plan to prevent recurrence.
• Assist the production department in maintaining adequate reliability and up-time.
• Work closely with colleagues to implement continuous improvement throughout the production plant.
• Assist production to improve processes, methods, equipment, and materials.
• Update inventory as it relates to spare parts for easier maintenance and repair of equipment
