Description :

Seeking a registered nurse for a critical care unit.

Candidates should indicate their shift preference.

Flexibility to accept day or night shifts is preferred.

No block schedule requests will be considered.

A 48-hour work schedule may be accepted but is not guaranteed.

The facility is a community hospital and regional referral center.

It is accredited by the Joint Commission.

The hospital features 171 beds and offers diverse patient care.

Responsibilities will include caring for adult and geriatric patients.

Patient ratios in the unit are typically 1 : 3 or 1 : 4.

Candidates will work with patients experiencing various conditions.

These include STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG, and Acute Respiratory Failure.

Supervision will be provided by the unit manager.

Candidates must have two years of recent acute experience.

Additionally, candidates are required to follow the dress code policy.

Scrub color is flexible; however, certain attire is considered unacceptable.
