Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC / UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
