At St. Agnes Hospital, we believe that nursing is more than just a job—it's a calling. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neuro Medical Surgical unit. This role offers a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified individuals who commit to a two-year service period.

The Neuro Med Surg unit is comprised of 20 beds and includes a 5-bed rehab area. We treat diverse neurological disorders and conditions, including Neuro Psych patients, Neuro Surgical cases, and general Medical Surgical patients. We are looking for compassionate individuals passionate about delivering high-quality care in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.
Work Schedule & Holiday Rotation
This is a full-time position on day shift, working from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM during the week and occasionally until 7 : 30 PM. The schedule includes a mix of 8 and 12-hour shifts with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Job Summary :
As a key player in our health care team, you will provide direct nursing care according to established policies and protocols, utilizing the nursing process to promote the well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Increase the quality of care and life for patients by evaluating the effectiveness of nursing practices.Create strong relationships and advocate for patients and their families to design personalized care plans.Implement the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Consider all aspects of patient health, including physical, social, and emotional needs in your care strategies.Utilize leadership skills in coordinating care and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management.Foster a positive work environment, serving as a mentor and role model for your colleagues.Apply evidence-based practices to ensure patient-centered care.Maintain constant alertness to safety protocols and patient needs.Carry out additional duties as assigned.Qualifications : Education :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Experience :
No prior experience required.Physical Requirements :
Constant communication, standing, and walking; frequent lifting and moving of patients and objects.Frequent use of vision and hearing for patient assessment and response to alarms.Involves occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.Licensure :
