Job descriptionOutpatient preventative care clinics Adult patients only (ages 17+) Chronic disease focus : diabetes, hypertension, kidney care Behavioral health available via telehealth at all sites Monday to Friday, 8a-5p (Cleburne site : 7 : 30a-5 : 30p with early Friday) Part-time or short-term commitments welcome Clinics staffed with one other provider and dedicated MA Routine primary care visits Chronic disease management No procedures required Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Alabama license required (IMLC not accepted) Prior outpatient experience preferred Full travel and lodging covered Mileage and rental car included Assume leadership roles or managerial responsibilities in interim positions or short-term assignments, honing your leadership skills and management expertise.
