Job Title : Evening Shift LPN

Location : Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Schedule : Part-Time or Full-Time | Evenings & Every Other Weekend

Pay : $30–$40 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Weekend Differential : + $1.00 / hour on Saturdays & Sundays

What You’ll Do :

• Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident
• Conduct clinical assessments and document resident health status
• Monitor chronic conditions and manage medication administration
• Communicate changes in care with residents’ families and providers
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain a safe, respectful environment
• Be a steady, familiar presence for residents during evening hours
