We are excited to announce an opening for a Bookkeeper and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales processes while ensuring high-quality service to our clients.
As a key member of our Account Management team, you will :
- Provide efficient daily administrative support.
- Organize and manage sales-related documents, including preparation and filing.
- Design and renew compelling sales proposals.
- Maintain and update internal databases with client account information.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and product demos for the Account Management team.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, enhancing our outreach.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales service.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance our offerings.
- Create detailed reports analyzing campaign results.
- Perform market and competitive research to inform strategies.
- Assist in creating promotional materials such as presentations and videos.
To excel in this role, you should have :
