About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engagement to lead, build and grow strategic enterprise relationships Oil and Gas Industry. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven executive with a proven track record of expanding complex accounts and navigating global delivery models in collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Leadership : Own and manage multiple large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary executive interface.
  • Growth Strategy : Develop and execute account expansion strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and solution innovation.
  • Client Engagement : Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Delivery Oversight : Partner with global delivery teams, system integrators and OEMs to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Expertise : Leverage deep domain knowledge in Oil and Gas industries to identify opportunities and shape client transformation agendas.
  • Commercial Management : Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Governance & Reporting : Lead quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and performance reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Experience : 10+ years in client-facing roles managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries with prior experience handling / managing Delivery of projects / Delivery teams.
  • Location : Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX area .
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and operational challenges in Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • Partnerships : Experience working with large system integrators and growing business revenues in global models .
  • Track Record : Demonstrated success in expanding enterprise accounts , driving multi-million dollar growth.
  • Skills : Strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, data platforms, cloud, and AI solutions.
