Lead Analytics Associate

A company is looking for a Lead Analytics & Insights Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of customized analyses using various data sources

Oversee multiple projects and mentor junior staff in their work

Develop and maintain data sets while ensuring work meets client needs

Required Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or Data Science is a plus

7 or more years of relevant experience required

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and proficiency in Python required

Experience with Vizient Clinical Database (CDB) and healthcare quality analytics skills required

Experience developing APIs that support data extraction as part of a broader data strategy required
