Key Responsibilities

Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work with clients across various age groups to develop tailored therapy plans that enhance their communication skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions in a supportive and engaging manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans following regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals and progress.
• Educate clients and families about communication challenges and strategies for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology.
