We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to join our team as a Security Surveillance Monitor. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor Surveillance Cameras : Continuously monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.
• Customer Check-in and Check-out : Observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud.
• Incident Reporting : Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
• Alert Response : Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain Security Logs : Keep accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with Security Team : Work closely with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts.
