Job Description

• Develop and implement AI solutions to address complex business challenges within the financial services sector.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in technology strategy, innovation, or architecture, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and emerging tech in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AI ecosystems, including frameworks, cloud ML platforms, open-source tools, and vendor solutions.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and integrating AI architectures and evaluating third-party AI products.
• Understanding of regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF, UK / EU AI Act, ISO) and ability to collaborate across business and tech teams.
• Relevant technical degree and certifications, plus passion for responsible AI and continuous learning.
