Our client is a well-established

Private Duty and Personal Care Home Health

provider looking for a

Branch Director

based in the

Lancaster, PA

area. This person will oversee all operations and growth for their Medical and non-Medical Home Care services.

Private Duty / Private Pay Home Care leadership experience is required. A clinician is not required.

This organization is poised for growth so a track record of business development is a must.

Branch Director Job Requirements

Private-Duty / Personal Home Care leadership experience.

Experience with Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, VA, Private Insurance, and Private Pay payer sources.

Associates degree preferred.

Branch Director Responsibilities

Oversite of day-to-day operations of Private Duty & Personal Care service lines.

Responsible for compliance to state and federal rules and regulations.

Network within the community to increase referral base and census.

Implement strategies to increase care-giver staffing and retention.
