Job description
A company is looking for a Corporate Certification / Exam Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Write certification exam questions that adhere to established standards and best practices
Create complex, scenario-based questions that assess higher-order thinking skills
Collaborate with subject matter experts for validation and iterative feedback on exam items
Required Qualifications
Prior experience writing items specifically for certification exams
Understanding of exam standards, including Bloom's Taxonomy and cognitive rigor
Experience with certifications such as CAPM, PMP, RMP, or ACP
Ability to produce high-quality, varied exam items following detailed guidelines
Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for item generation and training
