Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Superintendent with a strong background in multifamily construction . The ideal candidate will support the Superintendent in managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain workflow and schedule adherence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Track progress and assist with project reporting, documentation, and quality control.
- Support the Superintendent in problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, owners, and other stakeholders.
