• Make an Impact! The Enterprise Application Analyst - Epic Digital Front Door is responsible for the development, support, and ongoing maintenance of applications to which they are assigned along with supporting integrated areas (if applicable). This position will support Digital Front Door initiatives primarily in MyChart and will work closely with our Marketing team and other operational stakeholders. The analyst assists in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are standardized to meet the health system's needs. The analyst will be required to maintain application certification for the application(s) they support. The position will require strong communication and analytical skills to interpret appropriate clinical and non-clinical requests.

Bachelor's degree in technology, clinical or related field preferred, and / or equivalent experience / training.

Licensures / Certifications :

Current Epic and other application certification(s) and / or appropriate certifications as defined by role (if applicable to application (s) or must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed testing. Epic experience preferred.
