Candidates should have 1–2 years of recent critical care experience. Current BLS and ACLS certification are required.

The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) must hold a current, unrestricted nursing license. Candidates should have 12 years of recent critical care experience. Current BLS and ACLS certification are required. The role demands strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is also essential.
