We have a well-established Construction Firm that has a need for a Project Development Director .  This company is well established in Wisconsin with over 50 years in the Commercial and Industrial industries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively seek out, follow-up on, and respond to leads for new project opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Summarize project requirements for hand-off to the project management team
• Review estimates and proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives
• Prepare information and present it to customers, including proposals, material samples, literature, drawings, renderings, etc.
• Assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by providing relevant project information and documentation
• Research local zoning code regulations and requirements to ensure compliance
• Direct plan approval requirements and submittals, coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
• Understand competitors of A.C.E. and identify opportunities to increase market share
• Assist with ongoing marketing plan and advertising efforts to promote the company
• Maintain and update CRM platform
• Actively engage in networking activities, including attending events, conference, and seminars, to promote brand awareness and expand the company’s professional network
• Photograph sites during all phases of construction
• Prepare project information sheets for completed projects to showcase achievements and capabilities
