Responsibilities

Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, present solutions, and deliver tailored proposals that meet customer needs.

Customer Support : Collaborate with operations to resolve service concerns quickly and ensure seamless communication that strengthens customer satisfaction.

Market Insights : Analyze project performance and market activity, providing leadership with insights on customer requirements, competitor strategies, and technological developments.

Innovation & Improvement : Contribute new ideas to enhance processes, expand market share, and maintain a position of industry leadership.

Brand Representation : Represent the company with professionalism, consistently promoting its mission, values, and reputation.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design.

Strategic, motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.

Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Valid driver's license with flexibility for regional travel (up to 25%).
