Key Responsibilities Answer member inquiries and resolve service problems by researching and providing information Examine claims to identify key elements and processing requirements, calculating deductibles and managing overpayments and underpayments Execute enrollment transactions and generate accurate billing for policies and products Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 year of customer service or claims experience, preferably in an inbound call center Preferred experience in health care or health insurance Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills
