- ?? What You Will Be Solving : Core Responsibilities
As a hands-on leader (up to 15% on the production floor), you will implement the changes necessary to stabilize and optimize the plant.
- P&L and Continuous Improvement : Drive cost reduction and implement robust operational systems to move the plant toward best-in-class performance.
- EHS Leadership : Champion a proactive safety culture and maintain world-class EHS Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001).
- Team Empowerment : Coach and elevate the site leadership team, fostering accountability and growth across all departments.
- ? Experience Required for a Turnaround Leader
We are looking for a leader with a track record of driving systemic change.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering, operations, business, or supply chain
- At least two years of similar plant management experience
- Experience overseeing others in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing multiple facets of manufacturing, including production, maintenance, engineering, and quality
- Experience overseeing both direct and indirect reports
- Experience supervising others in a non-union manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of P&L
- ERP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
