Mortgage Loan Processor - Government Loans

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Salary : $50,000-$55,000 base + bonus potential

Schedule : Full-time | In-office for 60 days, then hybrid (1-2 days in office weekly)

We're hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor with strong experience in FHA and VA loans to join a growing team in Phoenix. This is a full-time position with long-term stability and a collaborative work environment.

Position Overview :

In this role, you'll process a high volume of government loan files, working closely with borrowers, escrow officers, and internal team members. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of FHA and VA guidelines who can manage files independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process FHA and VA loan files from start to finish
• Gather and review borrower documentation
• Submit complete and accurate files to underwriting
• Ensure compliance with all applicable loan guidelines and timelines
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved
