Note : This position is 100% on site at our Duluth, GA headquarters.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a detail-driven professional to manage and reconcile transactions, ensuring accurate reporting. Your day-to-day will include :

• Auditing and reconciling ARC and non-ARC transactions (sales, refunds, exchanges, commissions, etc.)
• Processing weekly ARC reports via IAR and maintaining system interfaces (Worldspan, Sabre, OneLedger)
• Resolving transaction discrepancies and performing maintenance
• Calculating airfares, taxes, and currency conversions for international tickets
• Conducting commission audits and revenue recovery
• Handling refunds, inquiries, and correspondence with airlines (frequent flyer credits, etc.)
• Collaborating with Operations and Accounting to resolve issues
• Reconciliation of weekly sales reports and resolving discrepancies
