Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant- Full Time

Golden Plains Community Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. The PT is responsible for supporting the mission of the facility by providing accessible, cost-effective, quality rehabilitative therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients in an inpatient and outpatient. He / she will promote teamwork with personnel, physicians, and other departments.

• Sign-on bonus of $10,000
• Relocation package up to $20,000
• Student loan forgiveness up to $1500 paid directly to the vendor
• Housing allowance of $1500 for up to one year

Golden Plains Community Hospital is located in the Texas Panhandle with access (a 5-hour or less travel time) to Snow Skiing, Palo Duro Canyon, Air Balloon Festivals, Amusement Parks, Casinos, and many, many other attractions.
