Biller

Under the supervision of a Patient Financial Services Manager, responsible for filing claims for one or more third-party payers. Working of credit balances and aged accounts and any special projects.

Duties include computer input, editing claims, filing and telephone communications with patients / family and payers. Follow-up on claims as required until the claim is paid or is turned to self-pay status. Responsible and accountable to know and understand OZH’s vision, mission, values, and standards. Excellent customer services skils and ability to work in fast paced office setting on your own. High School Diploma or equivalent.
