Experienced HVAC Service Technician (BRIGHTON,MI AREA)

Temperature Engineering Service Corp, located in Brighton, services and maintains non-residential client accounts throughout the Detroit / Ann Arbor metro region. • Job Responsibilities & Requirements

We are looking for HVAC service technicians and / or HVAC construction personnel. The ideal candidates will have both HVAC installation experience and service experience. There are multiple openings.

The successful applicant will :

Perform HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance and diagnostics on HVAC equipment

Assess various types / brands of HVAC equipment to recommend repair and / or replacement

Possess communication skills to explain recommendations / services required to customers

Have excellent customer service and diagnostic skills

Have a _

strong understanding of electrical wiring and practices

Have a knowledge of boilers, heat pumps, etc.

Have knowledge of control systems / control system wiring and programming

Have a clean driving record

Be able to work with a team or perform routine service calls with little supervision

Work with construction department installing HVAC systems

Be professional in appearance and personality
