Overview

Presbyterian is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the Pulmonary Department. The RRT provides routine and advanced respiratory care responsibilities which include infant, pediatric and adult patient care.

Type of Opportunity : Full Time (0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week)

Work Schedule : 12 Hour Nights

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Proficient in using High Flow therapy, BPAP / CPAP, ventilators, and Bubble CPAP for all age groups.

Conducts electrocardiograms on infants, pediatric, and adult patients in various hospital areas, including the Emergency Department, L&D, nursery, ICU, MedSurg, and PMG.

Implements cardiopulmonary modalities and protocols for infant, pediatric, and adult patients.

May perform pulmonary function testing, Holter monitor placement, and cardiac stress testing in the Pulmonary department.

Completes departmental-specific duties.
