What you’ll be doing :

As Engineering Manager for Provider Showcase team , you will lead a full-stack web squad whose charter is to :

• Provider Showcase Team – Build and optimize the tooling that powers provider profile pages and marketplace listings, unlocking conversion and retention for both therapists and clients.

Your remit spans roadmap ownership, architectural direction, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to deliver measurable business impact.

Role Details : Employment Type : Full Time, Exempt

Base Compensation : The base compensation range for this position is $228,000 - $285,000 USD Annually.

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.

For this role, candidates must be based within commuting distance of one of our hubs in New York, NY; Seattle, WA; or San Francisco, CA, and can commit to an expectation of being in the office approximately three days per week.
